We are proud to introduce you to one of our many fully self-owned and operated locations! This was the first location we outright purchased and breathed new life into. When we found it, it was a tired and failed commercial building in Montreal’s highly desired Plateau district, right on the famous and vibrant St. Denis street. The location is amazing and we knew we had to create something special to match! This unit was a spacious two bedroom apartment and we converted the main lounge into a spacious and decadent third bedroom, this would give us maximum occupancy.

This final product is the result of years of experience and our teams’ hard work coming together to give this amazing location modern conveniences and historical influenced elegance. We are very happy to share that it has been a great success since launch!
