The Plateau: Nightlife and Culture capital

Our team at GCG takes pride in curating unique and engaging living spaces to maximize a properties potential, and this project is no exception. We collaborated closely with the Shyva to design this entire building to celebrate Montreal’s exciting nightlife and joie de vivre culture.

Located in Montreal’s famous nightlife and cultural hub The Plateau, the thoughtful amenities of these apartments attract adventurous and extravagant travelers from around the world.

From day one our focus was for all units in this building to synergize, we wanted guests to have the option to reserved a single or multiple apartments in the same building for their stays. The property combines unique entertainment features with simple and effective comforts. Even very big groups can stay all together here and still enjoy privacy and personal space at the end of their night on the town.

One of the unique-feature apartments has a billiards room with giant smart-TV for sports and entertainment leisure after a late night out, the second unique-featured apartment includes a private rooftop terrace, with a hot tub on the roof.

How could an adventure weekend get any better than that?

For the remaining units we've focused on them being a comfortable and stylish option for our guests.
